Yeah ik i stick to animal foods mostlynot all protein is created equal as well. opt for protein from meat, egg and dairy sources. and whey isolate.
protein from food like peanut butter/bread is useless.
i eat slightly more protein than i weigh. more as a consequence of having to eat a lot of calories.
