I used to run a lot and you don't tend to use your glutes when running, so they weren't being strengthened while my quads were. Also slept on my stomach on an incredibly soft bed for almost a decade so my spine kind of sank in the mattress I think

I already have been, used up all my physical therapy my insurance would allow. But there was a communication issue between the doctors and my pt so they never got all of the information they needed. That and covid made me have to stop pt. Doubt it'll be that much, seems like an inch max to me but idk I'm pessimistic rn
