i came across cheap source of vitamin D powder
100.000 iu per 1gr

i plan to take once a week(with fat) to suplement my D3 levels ,bc my job doesnt allow me to go outside for sun. :feelswah:

How much vitamin k2 i have to take to prevent calcification?

Take like 1000-2000mg of vit K with 100k vit D, either way its not thay strict lol. The vit D that isn't needed will just be stored in your liver, your body always maintains homeostasis as much as possible. Vit K is mostly very important for older people because of meds they take

i want test boost mainly for mood

Supplements :feelskek::soy:, just eat liver, brains, cartilage and heart (especially heart, almost every day) and you will have all the supplements you need. The only thing left is Magnesium, but not important for T that much

Tongat ali is legit, good supplement

I take 60k iu once a week, I get no sun too, so it makes sense.

Can you just simply take it with water after a big meal? Or you need to swallow it without water since it's fat soluble?

I take it after a carb dominated big meal, I am guessing it's not a problem since it already contains some amount of fat?

Take it with some fat, doesn't need to be much lol. Also vit D doesn't have even 50% of the benefits of the sun lol

In curryland you will be dead, it's already so humid here, temperature is very high, no wind either, it's impossible to take sun for more than 5 mins.

Sun damage is a meme btw, its a complex discussion but tldr: you need to keratine max and vitaminc C max. Just eat organ meats and eat/drink shit ton of carrot juice here and there, also completely avoid pufa. Sun damage is a thing because of shit city diet.

Either way sun still ages you even after all this, the best solution is to put a high quality zinc based sunscreen on your face, neck, and hands. You need a non jew one tho, with not much jew chemicals. You will get those sun benefits anyways after from your legs, shoulders and arms which don't have sunscreen on

The only important thing is to have eaten st least some fat in the past 2 days jfl, its not that complicated, it doesn't really need to be 30 minutes, but thats ideal

It’s legit. Decreases anxiety / reduces cortisol (which lowers T). Cortisol is killer

take ksm 66, it has the highest concentration of withanolides

-reducing dairy intake (less calcium)
-more vitamin a so i take beta carotene for skin tone and eating chicken liver 2 times a week
-magnesium
-taking 1000mcg vitamin k2 sups +eating atleast 5 eggs

after 3 weeks take 100.000 once a week for maintenance

is this good plan?
