How much weight do you need to lose before seeing a difference in face

Im wondering cuz i want to have a leaner face without becoming way too skinny (already skinny now)

Lets say for example im 14% bf and want to reach 12. How many kg's or lbs is that. And how siginifigant is the difference between the two fat%.

easiest way would be to actually become skinny and then go lean bulk like Sam Zia. But if you want to keep some muscles that you have then its gonna take months tbh since youre gonna be on like a 300 caorie deficit

bruh this is so low iq. if u want to lose 2% body fat and covert it into pounds we can’t know how many pounds it is unless u know how much ur body fat in total weighs, so u would have to get an mri. and if u lose any amount of fat u lose fat from stores evenly across ur body, but there are less visceral fat stores on ur face than ur stomach for example so if u lose the same proportion of fat the change will obviously be less. u will notice probably after a week of cal deficit that u look leaner if u go intense

thinking about that is dumb, u wont get too shredded by accident, just cut until u are satissfied with how ur face looks

Yeah, 12% is ideal for most men but around 10% to 15% should be ideal for the vast majority of men (unless you are some outlier who looks better below or above that, but it's rare).

Going from 14% to 12% can be quite noticeable because it's going from fairly lean to actually lean. Face difference should also be noticeable. Biggest changes usually happen towards the end of your lean maxxing journey too.

I get what u guys are saying, its just that i dont want to become too skinny.

I think that its not worth getting a super lean face if it means looking like a complete skeleton. Dont know if that will happen tho which is why my question was how much will it take

Idk what my bf% is. How do i measure?

I just know that i am around 67-68 kg morning weight with no clothes at 6'1 1/2

I have a decent frame with decent insertions aswell, but lack size especially in arms (i dont workout anymore aswell)

Im happy with my physique and it prob would not be a problem for most people. I just dont want to become a total twink if thats the only way to get real hollows

just look up reference photos of body fat and then u can see which range ur in, based on ur weight ur probably between 12-18 ish, if u wanna build muscle and lose fat at the same time u probably should just hop on roids

Roids would prob be the last thing i would do

I used to gymcel before, so maybe i can make something happen with muscle memory

All the reference photos are different, but i gotta be below 16 atleast

yeah it’s pretty hard to estimate unless you get a coach to look at u due to fat distribution being different on everyone, gymcelling and debloating will work but it’s a slow process, the percentage ur at it will probably take more than 2 months if u don’t wanna starve max, i’d suggest just doing ur normal weightlifting routine and then 30 mins incline walk or stair master after

Do u think bloating could be a problem? Feel like thats mostly bs. I can be super bloated when i just woke up, but it slowly goes away. Can it really be "permanent"

I also feel like my body and face dont match, i dont have a chubby face, but its not as defined as it looks like it should be. Maybe due to fat disribution or bigger buccal fat pads, but idk tbh

yeah ur probably bloated, make sure that ur not drinking too much water to where ur constantly pissing but drink enough so that ur piss is clear, also don’t follow any tiktok fads about cutting out sodium cuz that will also bloat u. just make sure ur electrolyte balance isn’t fucked all the way up u should be eating similar potassium to sodium, u can log ur food in myfitnesspal and check if that’s the cause of bloatedness

u would need to lose 3.5kgs but there’s a bunch of things u can do to limit muscle loss.
1) reduce cortisol thru sleep, not overworking etc
2) use a small calorie deficit cuz if u use a major calorie deficit u will lose more muscle
3) strength train alongside low intensity cardio e.g. incline walking, stairmaster

I eat hella grainsludge and this makes my diet consists of too much carbs. I'll def check out my potassium to sodium ratio

When you eat too many carbs >80g,the excess doesn’t just get stored in your muscles as glycogen, but also causes water retention, which can make your face look bloated.

Eating carbs is good but the complex one as the simple carbs just spike insulin like crazy.,fix ur Diet and u’ll be good

ah i didn’t know u can just do the loox diet and spam sugar and mass gainer if ur going super low, just make sure ur tracking i doubt u will be over 500 deficit

i’m not telling u to bulk i’m saying that if ur caloric deficit is too much u will look like a twink e.g. elias de poot if he didn’t have a gigachad face, so to counteract this u can safely measure out a good amount of that mixture to get ur caloric deficit to around 300 instead of let’s say 1000 because u will lose more than 10ths of muscle if you maintain that for a month, it’s up to u tho if u want to have a skinny build then go for it

not sure to be honest mate, if you feel really drained id say no cuz ur depleting more calories and to be honest with muscle memory u may bounce back within 1-2 weeks and gain the muscle back
