My mum was relatively okay- said it isn’t so different so someone doing skincare and stuff but she just wanted to make sure I was going to a proper experienced doctor etc

My dad thinks I have gone slightly insane but isn’t to against it either really to stop me doing it. Was worried it might be the first of many things rather than a one odd (lol o might get bimax but haven’t said that yet)

I told them the truth that’s it’s purely cosmetic

I told them the truth about everything tbh except that I larped the cost- I’m paying 7.5k but I told them it’s only 4k.


I’m on the fence about bimax- yes Lefort 1 will change the nostrils a bit , I’d be getting Lefort 1 CW done graft rather than advancement though because I already have a forward grown midface.

I don’t wanna not get this septo-rhino because of something I may or may not do in the future - it’s best to take your surgeries 1 by 1 and then just asses where you’re at after each one imo. If I didn’t get this cos of potential bimax then didn’t get bimax I’d look back and wish I had the septo - rhino done

I only see I’m once every fortnight, I’ve been going gym for the last two years and he didn’t even notice I’d lost 16kg and gained a lot of muscle, I don’t think he really cares

He’s occupied with his gf who’s 20 years younger

She started trying to figure out why I was doing it, she asked the typical stuff like “can’t you get girls?, your handsome” blah blah, after I told her how competitive dating was and had a mental breakdown, she could tell how it effected me she caved and said its fine and she’ll support me, she offered me 10k for surgery I said no thanks (don’t wanna involve family in the cost) instead she’s giving me her $15k car once I start driving since I’ll be dropping all my savings on my Bimax

I don’t live with them and I’m 24-

I have a good job and funding all the surgery myself.

I’m staying with them after the surgery though so they’ll find out because the surgery is in London (where they live) and I live in a different city
