It's decent/normal, nothing bad nothing special about it. You seem to have a small waist though which is a good thing to have when you decide to gain muscle.
Normal frame + Small waist= Good V taper
Good frame+ Small waist= mogger V taper
Small frame+ small waist= don't bother with the gym, same with wide waist and small shoulders
