Depends on context. Are they glancing at you and blushing? Are they staring at you and laughing with their friends as they point at you? Ultimately if you're not a sperg it's pretty easy to figure out on your own

You need to be aware of your surroundings sometimes girls do stare so if they are staring too hard, not necessarily smiling and that corny shit, just staring or glancing at you multiple times thats good. If you make eye contact and she’s already looking at your eyes, not you looking at her and then she looks at you and then looks away. Yeah there maybe some that wont stare or nothing so you never know until you talk to them, Im the same way completely stoic even if a hot ass bitch walks im front of me, I wont act like a thirsty mf, some are that way.

Count number of looks firstly. If shes shy shell look then look at the ground. If shes confident or a slut then she’ll just death stare you till u do it back.
