Bro I'm the exact same way, and I was skinny as a kid. Even when I was juicing, 9% bf via dexa (even less via calipers) and ripped I still had a 1"+ fat pad. Some people carry fat there, I'd have to get super lean like paper thin skin lean to lose it.
