How to avoid UV light in my room?

Cant put my roller shutters down because i then dont get enough air

do any plastic frame uv blockers exist so that i can attach them to my window and filter out all uv light?

i am pretty sure that uv foil for glass is extremely cheap, and on top of blocking all of the UVA rays it reduces the heat

I cant do it bro, I cant turn my bed etc. my room is to small, i would need to demontate my bed and then rebuild it, too high effort... not worth it would take like 3 hours
