1. maintain good body posture all the time
2. dont look at your computer/phonescreen 2h before you go to sleep and 1h after you woke up
3. do daily exercise like running, gym
4. daily screentime shouldnt be more then 2h in general (outside of work and college)
5. go outside during sunlight for at least 30 minutes everyday
6. dont eat in front of a computer/phone
7. dont eat fastfood/drink soda
do this for 2 weeks and your depression will be gone. but ofc especially the media addiction is too strong and people rather take pills (the role of serotonin is more debated then ever) or spend 200usd on a useless shrink which wont change anything (proven by metastudies)
