I basically having a cold half the time from september to march, my immune system is shit. The reason for that is an increased number of antinuclear antibodies and an autoimmune disease.
How should I eat to prevent muscle loss? Can I even eat in a caloric deficit with enough protein to lose fat while i cant train? Or would i lose more muscle than fat?
