How to fix asymmetry, plzzzz helpp

My right side of my face is bloated maybe, fat and more round, while by left side is proper and leaner. Also my jaw is pushed to the left like my left jaw is smaller than my right plzzz help me out. Alot of ppl asked me about this i hate it alot.
