I try hitting the gym in the evening, but I'm left with a feeling of low energy (maybe it's depression or something). How to hack your body into doing that shit?

Damn, it could be the caffeine in the tea cause the boom and crash cycle.It is. But tea could make you sleepy afterwards. You need cold drinks of pure water + some vitamins in them.
