How to fix low energy feeling?

I try hitting the gym in the evening, but I'm left with a feeling of low energy (maybe it's depression or something). How to hack your body into doing that shit?

you could try preworkout gives u hella buzz, I've been feeling like that for a while gonna get my Test levels checked incase.

Nah I'm just depressed AF, which could be causing those things. I don't really mind low t, don't wanna get bald.

I guess low t does mean most likely gains will be slower in the gym, But just bc you have low t doesnt mean you have low dht either tho.
 
Watch a funny youtube video, drink some water, eat something, go running, meditate, go outside, listen to some dope music, hang with your friends, litterally anything else than being on this site.

Yeah I noticed the correlation between those things and browsing similar websites like these.
 
1) Take naps during the day.
2) Eat a lot of pineapple (trust me on this).
3) Drink only bottled water (avoid sugar in your drink).
4) Eat soy related products (unironically) because they don't overheat your digestive system.
5) Masturbate 1-2 times a week.
 
Try to sleep more if you can. I can't seem to get more than 2 hours of sleep these days.
I used to be fine when I slept with no problems.

It is. But tea could make you sleepy afterwards. You need cold drinks of pure water + some vitamins in them.

Diet, sleep and so many other things can influence that. But I think the most probable cause for it is your training time. Go to the gym at daytime if you want to perform well. Whenever I go to the gym after 8pm I can't do anything.
 
eat good (fatty cuts of meat, eggs) and sleep well
dont forget to go outside and exercise and dont watch porn tbqh

Depression it's just excess of stimulus, if you abuse thingz like vidya, porn, drugz, junk good... Get used to Living on a average but stable "feeling good" baseline.

Also Fix your sleep schedule, eat healthy, drunk plenty of water and build habitz. Going to the gym Is just a matter of repeating ir day after day, it's momentum.

There are always the basic ways. Make sure you get enough sleep and make sure you don't eat garbage and make sure you get alot of wholesome food and your fruits and veggies. And no fap
 
This might help you. I wrote a diet and supplement plan here:

Only eat fruit, vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds, seafood, healthy oils, and natural sweeteners, and take vitamin D3, vitamin B12, beta-carotene, iodine, calcium, dandelion root powder, milk thistle powder, and turmeric powder. You can drink sugar free energy drinks, dark coffee, and tea. You can take an anti-depressant and a heart rate slowing medication if you need it. Vaping weed and doing other drugs you're familiar with might be ok too. Then after a few months of following this diet you can start light exercising and build up from there.

Meat takes the longest to digest and it comes from sick birds and mammals pumped with growth hormones and live in bad conditions, and it increases your cholesterol. There are some natural sweetners that make me sick but most of them are ok, a lot better than white sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Supplements help me out a lot and every year I get a blood test to make sure all my readings are in range. Vitamin C (2000mg dose) - which is good for skin and also lowering cortisol. most vitamin c has an acid base and is derived chemically (artificially) but I specifically chose a calcium ascorbate base as this is much healthier for the stomach and there is evidence to suggest better absorption rates of this kind compared to the chemical acidic vitamin c

I then have Vitamin D3 5000mg - this is a natural anti depressant and for me who avoids the sun to try to remain youthful as possible (all contact with the sun is cancer, wear sunscreen everyday and limit exposure, it ages you like nothing else) I need to sup vit d to get my daily dose

Next is Magnesium Glycinate - this is very good for men, and more than half of USA population is magnesium deficient, not all magnesium is the same most magnesium is not very absorbable (especially the cheap kind) but glycinate is highly absorbable by the body as well as very light effects on the stomach, this vitamin is good to help sleep, and also to lower cortisol

I have Omega 3 Fish Oil, the important part with this is making sure you have very high EPA and DHA concentrations as well as high overall Omega 3 concentration. another sup good for CalmMaxxing

Then I bought Ashwagandha this is an oriental medicine herb. It's supposed to be natural anti-anxiety. There are scientific studies that prove it has cortisol lowering effect with control groups given placebo and up to 30% cortisol reduction in comparison.

Lastly I have L-Theanine 200mg, this is the main compound in tea that provides anti-oxidants. This is good for CalmMaxxing because in tea you will get 25-50mg maybe and this is much easier to take one of these.

Lifting fixed it for me. When I was fat or skinny I was tired too and when losing weight. Lift and you will fix most of the problems

Id check ur levels before assuming just incase, getting mine checked this week. Idk seems strange since puberty stopped its almost like my t levels have dropped. Guess i will know soon.

Have properly functioning hormones.
 
Just act like Tom Cruise, I'm not even joking. Watch some videos of the guy and try to act like him.
 
Going paleo and lifting fixed it for me. All other advice is too much. Try to eat more fat.
