My left shoulder is slightly higher than the right from the front.
This alone wouldn’t bother me that much but it also causes problems while working out.
For example when I do side delt raises with my left arm it’s impossible to isolate the delt from the traps. If I raise the arm just a bit the trap automatically raises with it.
This doesn’t happen on my right arm where my shoulder is normal. On my right arm I can isolate the side delt from the traps.
This also only happens with side delt raises. With front delt raises I can even isolate the left delt from the traps.
How can I fix this?
