I have pretty good grip strength, but I'm not satisfied with my forearm size. What should I do to get massive forearms?

Pull-ups and bench are pretty much all I do in terms of lifting.Get strong at pull ups. I can do 5 reps with 30 kg extra weight (back pack) and mine are kinda massive, ngl.
Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls
This. I should start forearm training again. Ngl when I injured my forearms I kept pushing through the pain and upping the weight for everything and it made the pain actually go away. Don't recommend it thoWrist curls and reverse wrist curls
