Keep your throat hydrated, drink plenty of cold water.
If you have the vocular, you can test it and see the big difference

They say training the neck makes the voice deeper but I'm not sure

He still had a manly voice tho, skip to 3:48 and listen for 15 seconds, it's like high but still 'deep' if you know what I mean. most normies don't have that.
