how to get a hallucination

want to experience a hallucination. sometimes I do not sleep for two days (not meant it) and still never got close to hallucinating. Been thinking of LSD but I hate junkies. Is it as harmless as junkies say or will it harm you

There was that trend a while back that the kids were doing, holding their breath for a minute while squatting and then standing up fast.
