IMO. Either are fine, it’s not over if you don’t have them like dumbasses make it out to be. My eye area fails me though, feels bad.

Features to consider that create hunter eyes:
- positive canthal tilt
- prominent brow ridge
- a downturned medial canthus (cornea)
- scelera show (the whites under your iris)
- lack of upper eyelid exposure
- thick dark eyebrows
Surgeries that could improve eyes:
- lateral canthopexy/canthoplasty
- upper eyelid filler
- orbital rim implants
- almond eye surgery
- brow ridge filler
These surgeries aren’t ideal though and cost a lot of money.

Don't think so, almond eye surgery is the close thing I can think of but that won't give you true hunter eyes like O'Pry or Gandy

No, you do care what I think, since you replied. Make a morph and make your eyes hooded, you will most likely look better/more masculine.

I am unsure if "hunter eyes" are a result of a prominent browridge or a result of fat stored above the eyes. I have mild upper eyelid exposure and I have a non-existent browridge and also zero fat stores above the eyes. It could possibly be a result of both, but I think it's more browridge related. Look at David Gandy and Sean O'Pry for instance.
Sean O'Pry and Jordan Barrett look like an alien and a reptile respectively. They are good looking, not because of their eyes but because of their facial harmony. The best looking guy I know mogs David Gandy, Francisco Lachowski, et cetera and he does not have hooded eyes. He has some upper eyelid exposure and he gets compliments on his eyes often. He's also at least 6'2". He's got the whole package.
