I am a 5"7 asian male 13. my mum is 5"3 and my dad is 5"8, I havent had a growth spurt in like 3 months. How can I max out my height
 
I stopped growing at 12. 5’7 rn at 18. But my parents are tall, dad is 6’3, mum is 5’4

He won't be able to buy them at 13 anyway. MAybe consult with parents, if you live in Asia they'll think you're a loon, but if you live amongst white/black people you can try convincing them by showing them videos about Elliot Rodger. HGH can make you look acromegalic though.

Try drinking unpasteurized milk, it'll help maximize your potential, don't expect to become 6 ft though.

nah im in australia, and my parents (doctors) are highly against it.
For the next half decade you have to sleep right, eat right with lots of protein and exercise regularly including cardio and especially cardio since it stimulates a lot of growth hormone

Some guys will recommend taking vit. k2, vitamin d, calcium, stretching, hanging, etc... which you can search for it on the forum

My best advice is to get into bodybuilding as early as possible
If you can't get a gym membership it's fine
What you need to do is eat a fuck ton of food, healthy food, no processed shit
If you are not fat you must get on a caloric surplus with a high glycemic diet, lots of rice, no pun intended
You must exercise, gym and weights would be ideal but body exercises are fine, sprinting is good too
You can watch youtube videos about it
You measure your progress by lean mass and height gains, you shouldn't have more than 15% bodyfat
Sleep at least 8h a day
Don't lurk on the internet too much
Study
Don't fucking play games all day, delete all that crap and don't think about it, never again
Have as many friends as possible, get the normie social apps and sheit
Find people who want the same goals as you, a training partners, study partners etc, this is very important
Get female friends too, very important
Go to social events
When you lose focus stop what you are doing, do something else and rethink what you should be doing
Listen to your conscience, you always know what you should be doing
Compare yourself to others, always
See what they are doing right and wrong and be better than them
Be emotionally strong, be disciplined, be laser focused on your priorities
Every day you must be better than the previous
Results are measured in a week or month basis, not day to day

This should be your bible
If you do this not only you will grow in height, you will be the best

mk677 if you cant get hgh. Then just try to live as healthy as possible, sun light, good sleep schedule, healthy diet. A bunch of other things you can do aswell but use the search button.

It's basically over for height gains, the roids stack is a solution to consider but results will be limited too and require knowledge and/or supervision, do the basic stuff first

If your parents don't let you take gh or anything, then just get as much protein + zinc + vitamin D as you can. Get off this site, take the REALISTIC blackpill knowledge that you need and leave. You should be more redpilled at 13 tbh, standards arent as high and you can get away as a MTN if you're not antisocial.
 
im mainly just softmaxxing rn wanna get taller and bigger though. in year 9 about to start 1&2 bio (high iq grade skipping)
Im tryna get 10 hours quality sleep a night, working out 5 days a week. doubt my parents would let me take gh cuz they are doctors and barely let me takes vitamins. I got it like scanned and shit, I am 21 BMI and 14% bodyfat (visible abs when tensing). Tryna leanbulk 2700 calories (mostly clean) and 170g protein a day. Mouthbreather till 12 (bluepill parents & lots of allergies and shit blocking my nose), but now im tryna mew and mouthtape to try improve my bone stronger (forwardly grown mandible but sorta downish?) and asian pig nose. I got like bad eyebrows, they are not thick at all on the edges (starting castor oil). Current vitamins:
2000 IU Vitamin D3
600mg calcium carbonate
100mg heavy magnesium oxide
15mg zinc citrate
1mg boron (from borax)
2mg copper sulfate pentahydrate
2mg manganese sulfate monohydrate
5 micrograms Vitamin K1

Anyone got advice that isn't too expensive for me ($50+ish) or will set off alarm bells for my parents (needles, HGH, etc), If I wanna:
- max out height and frame
- catchup developmentally (im NT and semi social) as a viet to whites 2-3 years older than me
- maxout vietnamese puberty potential (so im not cucked for life)

tysm, im doing like 80% of that rn. I can maintain physical performance, top 1% academics, high performance hobbies (music, fighting etc). But I just gotta improve my friendgroup. Its not like I'm socially awkward, Im mostly outgoing and likeable, just no one I personally like. No one I've found in my 400 year level cohort that is similarly goal oriented or a complete dick

i already make all my food, 180g protein a day including whey protein. My tanner stage is 3.8-4. eating in a 500 calories surplus clean. And I am working out 5 days a week in a gym. Dont know if I can get mk677 (blue pill parents mainly) and Im not fully educated

I think you can expect to grow something like 3x what you have grown in the previous year
compared to people my own age i typically have much bigger frame. But I'm on my own campus with year 9s (400ish) only, so there's no point comparing to my own age, cuz everyone else is 15. Compared to the asian people in my grade, I'm the tallest.

Best bet is natural sources. Eating 2 to 3 times g of protein per lb can give you good a mount of gh but idk how long the effect lasts. You should feel rlly tired but also pumped out if I can put it like that from eating lots of protein like should make your head feel like it's juicing chemicals

5'7 at 13 is pretty good no?, i was 5'8 at 13 and now im 6'1 at 15 my parents are also kinda small (mum 5'5 dad 5'9)
