How to increase testosterone without lifting. I used to be an avid lifter, but I see that it ages you and a lot of nutrients are wasted on repair torn muscles.
What supplements, techniques can I corporate to increase test

There are no known scientifically proven supplements or foods that do that. Fasting does increase your testosterone though, and not marginally but by a huge amount. Men and bodybuilders doing intermittent fasting have massively higher testosterone levels than people who eat several times a day.

(Examples of intermittent fasting: 1 big meal every 24 hours, or a 16-8 eating window, etc)

Fasting also increases HGH levels in the body.

There are many proven methods to increase T levels other than lifting. A diet that is focused on protien and healthy fat is of tremendous importance. Not consuming estrogen friendly foods such as Junk food, processed sugar and canned food is a plus.
Maintaining a resonable physical activity is essential for blood circulation as well.

Lifting doesn't age you. It slows down aging and helps retain muscle density. Not sure where you heard that from.

most supplements are toxic, all cases of viamin toxicity came from supplements

sure some supplements can be helpful such as magnesium because the soils are depleted and we live under chronic stress but you should be able to be healthy without relying on supplements and that can only be done by eating meat and animal products

yeah just starve yourself and run on stress hormones all the time bro I'm sure it's really healthy for you
You don't need to starve yourself while intermittent fasting. You can eat a ton of food within your eating window.

The only time you could feel like starving is those extreme 5+ day fasts, I have never done one in my life.

Just work out and eat more high nutrient food to have enough for muscle repair, immune system and other functions. Testosterone diverts resources away from immune and anti-aging repair, towards muscle building and energy, so it's the same effect, without the health and anti-aging benefits of working out.

You can also increase your rep ranges and decrease the weights to reduce chance of long term cumulative damage.
