For "safe" stocks:

Both Fresenius (not medical care, the actual Fresenius; XETR:FRE) and Mühlbauer Holding AG (XETR:MUB) might be something you want to look into. Pretty sure a squeeze-out will happen on Mühlbauer in the near future, the chairman (and majority owner) has been buying back shares for quite a while now.

Disclaimer: I am long shares of Mühlbauer and Fresenius and hold additional derivatives on Fresenius.
