1 use case. More mg means more sides and everyone responds differently. You can have great results even with 10 mg if youre just looking to clear minor acne and prevent new acne from forming. If you have an insane amount then yes do higher doses, but still increase slowly in my opinion

Yeah I could’ve been more specific that’s on me but if you do have really bad acne I’d recommend my way but everyone can do it differently
