Hey i need to leanmax in 3 months.


Diet tips that arent aspies posting do meth would be helpful


workout tips and foods to avoid too

edit: no chinese chemicals that cause you to die at 32

1) T3/T4 combination such as Bitiron. About 25mg of T3 is good enough. 50-100mg of T4.

Morning, on empty stomach - 45 minutes before your breakfast

2) Skip lunch

3) Dinner at 5PM

4) Methylphenidate at 6PM to avoid hunger, and to focus on your paper and money

Just starve yourself.

Do -500 calories a day for first week then -1000 and maintain at that with the occasional cheat day. Short term pain for long term gain but you need to be strong mentally to stick with this diet. Gym and sports help too but the main thing is diet always.

I’ve lost 42 kilos by eating less and walking more. Eat mainly vegetables and starchy foods and drink water and green tea. Diet is more important than exercise

Ofc, but once u get thinner and there is not as much fat to eat for calories, fasting will become painful af. People be memeing at meth, but getting Ritalin prescription is easy (which is not meth. its methylphenidate, but works similar, just less strong and less dopamine)

Fasted cardio, lift, plenty of protein, caloric deficit depending on how many kgs you need to drop and then if you need chemical helps you can use hgh, salbutamol+caffeine, etc.
 
Cardio is bullshit just lift and calorie deficit, you'll maintain muscle and lose fat faster

you want to lose fat not muscle i don't think going some crazy deficit will help tbh

You can even gain muscular mass if you are a beginner or if you have some undeveloped muscle.
