How to lower cortisol from 26

The thing is since i descended my cortisol increased a lot i dont want people to see me everytime im in train my cortisol spikes 100 and if i sit all day at home i probably will land in psych ward

Is there something like cortisol blocker

My cortisol was 6 last year juli i looked really good back then

My pregnenolone in my blood is fairly high
Im on trt
And estrogen is also high
