How to start refunding?

I have a $30 Amazon gift card on my account and I'm wondering if it's even possible to start refunding. I would need to ship stuff to the PO which I'm not sure Amazon does, and my Amazon account doesn't have any previous purchases on it so it would look even sketchier. For those wondering no I'm not a broke bum chud, I just can't link my card bc of parents.

refunding is NOT worth starting as an underage kid

once you are 18, open a bank account that allows virtual cards
get a PO (even though technically you should be using ur real address)

for now, refunding is just a way to get occasional cosmetics for free
