I notice my cortisol spikes after specific times in the day. The worst is in the morning right when I wake up. Also have this after cardio or sometimes in the evening.

How can I stop this?

And some saturated fat like coconut oil to provide a lasting energy source throughput the sleep phase as coconut oil can be broken down into sugars if needed. Progesterone high dose right before bed also completely nukes cortisol

First of all maybe see Leo vids on it, a morning spike is natural to wake you up as well as a 11am peak for productivity
I have this when cutting, nose will be hard to breathe through face a little red etc for a few mins
Being off stims obv helps a lot
More carbs helps, low carbs raises cortisol
