I am having sinusitis now bc mfer smoking weed and cigarettes, I even have air filtering machine on but it’s still not enough.

He’s smoking in a building, the apartment has the central ventilation and it’s coming to mine. I am having congested nose the whole night my airway is inflamed because of the 2nd hand smoke.
