I just ran this too and my results r good. Then again I have been practicing talking more calmly and making an effort to talk from my diaphragm. The issue is when you’re a shut in introvert who is self-employed and is never forced to interact with people you literally forget how to speak normally. So it’s been a real learning experience simply learning how to talk like a man

I know as an introvert myself it’s hard to think of this shit when in social situations, but when I feel confident as fuck my voice booms over everyone with no effort. Literally confidence is key for voice
