Interesting theory Bhai, but I think it plays out differently.

Yes you are right T levels are going down everywhere (maybe not in some barbarian BBC and ethnic countries idk).

It is believable then that penises are shrinking too.

However it is also likely that E- levels are shrinking in foids, just look at MOST foids faces and bodies.

If that's true then the foids are going to prefer low T men, so everything is in balance.

I live in HK and work in an office with mainly sub 5 guys, and all but one (a guy from Texas JFL) are low T, and all have zero trouble with girls (noodles only, except the Texan), so it sort of proves that nature finds a way.
