my protocol is with durateston only

2500mg in 12 weeks
week 1a2 ---- 125mg one dose per week
week 3a10 ----- 250mg per week dividided into two doses of 125mg
week 11a12 ----- 125mg one dose per week

TPC 30 days after the last aplication

15 days with 40mg tamox + 15 day com 20mg
 
If you wanna do TRT just cruise on something between 100-200mg

What youre doing is just slightly higher than TRT but youre doing it as a cycle so youre gonna shut yourself down and have to do PCT just to elevate your test slightly out of the normal range. You should do a proper cycle with 500mg if you wanna go that route, or if you wanna do the trt route then stay on and cruise.

This plan is just neither one way nor the other and is gonna result in underwhelming results which could probably have been achievabled naturally tbh

Its my first time doing it, that's why I want to go easy

250mg of dura means test from 1200 to 2000 this is out of the normal range and I have almost zero chances to get any colateral
 
My Idea is to get 40 to 41cm arms and 15% bf at least just so I can look lean and athletic

I don't plan on getting any bigger than that tbh, I just want to look good, I think I still look to skinny even tho I hit the gym

Your HPTA will still get shutdown by the exogenous testosterone, and then during PCT your tests levels are gonna crash to way below baseline

So youre gonna spend 12 weeks on a cycle, wehre your bloods will get saturated with test around week 5-6, so youre gonna have about 7 weeks of slightly elevated testosterone where you make gains lets say 1.5 times faster than a natty (Not including the water weight from the gear) then youre gonna crash your test and try and hold on to what you gained on cycle for the next 12 weeks while your test recovers to baseline levels.

The end result is a lot of fucking around for about the same amount of progress you wouldve got out of 24 weeks natural training

Either elevate the dose or add a SARM.

No one gets too big by accident- And those stats youre talking about are actually pretty big anyway

Youre gonna get legit 0 benefits from this compared to just training natty- do it properly ot just stay natty.

If you really dont wanna add more test then either add an oral or sarm as others suggested

I have shitty genetics, even gymceling and doing a good diet and training I have a lot of trouble getting any bigger

I was skinny af even after 20

it took me insane amounts of food to get bigger muscles and grow stronger I had trouble eating too much because I almost throw up to keep up with the diet

now I am stucked, when I raise calories even in a small surplus I got fat instead of getting muscle

I were but luckily I am still alive but have anaemia due to the bleeding

I think it is genetics

there is no way I am doing all that wrong tbh, I've check almost anything

I've already checked 330 test and 670 as well, idk why the oscilation tbh either

what are some hairsafe compounds?
