I went to see a therapist. I thought it would be a woman. Instead, was a 140 pound 6-foot marathon runner. Ugh. I'm a muscular man. I wear tight shirts to keep my beef molded. And so that's how I dressed for therapy. Do you know what his advice was?

"You need to stop strength training and eat more carbs and sugars." Then he explained why the body needs such. "And you might want to relax more and lay off the treadmill. Try heavy starches for the next few weeks." He then called in a prescription that would later make me extremely tired and hungry. And constipated. Uh? I shit you not.

There's a reason why rapist is in the word therapist. "The Rapist."
