relized its not worth it tbh shutting down my t, and injecting twice a weak and getting a bloated face.

cycling is one thing but perma shutting down your t is a whole another, as well as risking fertility issues.

ill blast and cruise when im older/have kids but nots worth it atm, when i can still progress natty,


gunna just surgerymaxx/whitemaxx and stay lean.

i was on cycle for 10 weeks as of right now, lowering to 200mg so i can cut these next 10 weeks and come off.

gained 20lbs but face got bloated and looked uglier facially pretty much.

i gained alot considering my diet was dog shit lol. i would say 12lbs of muscle.

would you not consider using cutting cycle when you do bulk natty?

LOL PUSH PULL is the worst shit you can do , worse than full body.

this split is what i reccomend for bulking. for cutting. just go 5 days a week instead of 6

Sunday-Rest
Monday-Chest+Shoulders
Tuesday-Arms Squat 3x5 beginning of workout)
Wensday-Chest+Shoulders
Thursday-Arms squat 3x5 beginning of workout
Friday-Back
Saturday-Arms. squat 3x5 beginning of workout.

Arms and Delts are the most important muscle groups. just get your squat to 315x5 and you will have good legs
DO THIS ROUTINE FOR ARMS, IT WILL BLOW YOUR ARMS UP SRS
-supperset 1​
alternating curls and straight bar pushdowns. keep palms up on the curls the whole time, no twisting AT ALL EVER.​
-supperset 2​
straight bar curls and one arms cable pushdowns. no swing or cheating on the curls and wrap a towel around the rubber stopper on the cable to grip it, don't use an attachment​
-supperset 3​
one arm db preacher curl and any tricep exercise of your choice​
-supperset 4​
alternating incline curls and and overhead extension. again no twisting of the db's on curls.​
do 3x12 on everything. go to failure each set, little to no rest between sets.​

also yea bulking natty>cutting natty. If you wanna cut, use anavar 50mg. I wouldnt use test it since they bloat you. and u gotta pin etc.

bulk natty and cut in the summer with winny
