Why Tf do people buy this shit and eat it?

the media demonized butter and said it’s unhealthy. So companies jumped on this and created garbage like Margarine, which is even more unhealthy.

Butter is just animal products and salt. Why Tf are people so scared of this? Absolutely retarded

No if i have some sugar in a dish a made and it's somewhat low calorie, it wont make you fat.

so yes, fat makes you fat.

i tried it out. I can eat 5k calories low fat without gaining weight.

And I gain weight on 2,5k cals high fat.

its not as simple as cals in cals out.

if you want to cut weight, cut fats, especially do not eat them together with carbs

Most people coping with muhh metabolism is slow. Live the most sedentary lifestyles, if they just at the very least started by taking a 30 min walk everyday they'd see decent improvements.

Not all fats are created equal. fats in baked goods and fried foods in high quantities will make you fat.

Meanwhile the naturally occurring fats in meat, dairy, olive oil, etc are important for your health. It’s a matter of what foods you eat.

doesnt mean they dont make you fat

eat a low fat diet, and make sure the little fat you eat is GOOD fat (olive oil, coconut oil, butter, fatty meat cuts etc.)

there is NO FOOD that doesnt have a downside, especially not fats lol

Also about diet.

2 things are quite important.

THE MOST important imo
Not giving up after a cheat meal, most people have 1 cheat meal. Feel guilty and quit the diet altogether.

Second most important.
Sticking to it for a long time.
So many people diet for 1-2 months, lose some weight, quit it and gain all the fat back. You should focus on making foods you actually like so you'll stick with it forever

It’s not that they don’t make you fat, I never said that.

If you overeat these foods, you will get fat. But having them as part of a balanced diet combined with some form of exercise won’t make you fat. good fats are also important for testosterone production.

You don’t need a low fat diet. You need good fats that are proportional to your carb and protein intake.
