the jaw angle implants he does are too sharp imo and I've seen a rhino or two he did that didn't look good. he's a mogger surgeon overall tho.
I guess eppley has even better results, but we will never see them because patients wanna stay anonymous.
He is also 78 and could die anytime during the surgery

you know, these arent really that impressive - the reason why the results are so good is because he always does multiple procedures and can fit them together
there's only so much you can do with a recessed subhuman base. but sailer mogs in that he actually cares about aesthetics like people do on here. he'll literally look at your face and lay out everything you need to ascend. his reviews are filled with people saying they were talked into bimax lol. the average surgeon tries to avoid bimax and says it's a functional operation, etc.
ye but it still mogs to have a surgeon who actually gives a shit look at your face as a whole instead of just making quick bucks selling single procedures that don't really do much on their own
It's just bimax, genio, cheek implants, rhino, and jaw angle implants. That's all he does. There's no secret surgery that he does. For $100k at once it might be worth it though if you have the money than spend a 3 year time period getting it done for $50-60k anyways.
that's what seperates him from almost every other surgeon. even eppley will mostly just give people what they ask for but sailer actually wants to ascend people. I don't know of anyone else like this.
So true. I wish I could go to a surgeon and get an exact plan to ascend. Most surgeons just push their own easiest surgeries onto you.
