I feel I'm getting dried out (hydration thread)

I think I drink a lotta water, but I probably need even more. I moisturize with eucerin, apply sunscreen and sun protecting lip balm.

Thing is I take so many things that dehydrate me. Caffeine, kratom are probably the main culprits. I drink beer sometimes although not often. I need to increase my nutmeg dosage because I feel kinda depressed. Exercising also makes me sweat a lot and I do some type of physical exercise pretty much everyday (not always resistance training).

I think increasing water intake is the only way to counteract this.

Ohh apparently nicotine dehydrates too although to a lesser extent. I take a few pouches everyday (but no smoke).
 
Is there any way to make the water "stick" in your body instead of just flushing it out? Sometimes it feels like you just end up utinating more and leaving you depleted of nutrients.

It's possible that I've just been too sloppy with it. I will try having a glass every hour now for the rest of the day and see if there's an important.

gotta make it absorb better maybe use like a calcium powder or put salt in it
