I feel million times better when not eating carbs

Haven't eaten any carbs the past 2 days by mistake (literally was to lazy to eat, so just ate lots of meat, cheese, eggs and butter for calories and protein) and i feel way better mentally tbh, more stimulated in general, way less brain fog, also feel noticeably lighter on my feet, face looks way leaner

Yep the only carbs I eat while in training camp are from fruits
