Do full body 3x or EOD, get your macros (50% carbs, 20% fat 30% protein is ideal), get your micros, lift to failure, do compound movements mainly and don’t exceed 14 exercises per workout, use a progressive overload model where when you hit specific amount of reps you increase the weight relatively, don’t bulk, either cut or maintain and most importantly - be consistent (.don’t change exercises often and and show up to the gym even when you don’t feel like it) and there you go, these are the basics
