The greatest sources of vitamin k2 in the modern diet are dark chicken meat and Pork especially sausages, if you look online the vitamin k2 content of your average sausage is very high due to them being fed artificial vitamin k3 in their feed and converting it to k2
All my friends who were poorer than me used to eat sausages and grew up to be very tall and wide bulls but me who was more ''privileged'' I only ate beef or chicken breasts which are low k2 foods
With that and not being breastfed but fed formula instead, and not discovering the benefits of milk before my 17 birthday because my parents kept telling me ''milk is for baby cows'' my fate was sealed
