i went for coffee with some colleagues and the place we went to evoked some bad memories. My cortisol was spiking up the whole time and i was suffocating as a result.
i thought i was over some things but im fucking not apparently lol. there is a very good reason as to why i prefer being alone most of the time, being around people drives me crazy.
