I feel so much yet nothing Its all spiraling inside my head. Im so Lost I rlly dong know what to do with myself Its unbearable I question everything at all times My existence is overwhelming. Nothing is helping and Idk if anything ever will

Most of these plummet energy levels and most clarity from the brain is gone.

The longer these have been done it won't be good enough anymore and you will feel emptiness

I don't do substances at all or really do drugs only when it comes to social situations so for me that is not addiction but I did have addiction with porn.

I did "nofap" for around 2 months and I realized overtime within 4 weeks my energy levels were at sky high where my hobbies felt consistent and I felt like wanting to gain knowledge/skill on so many things at once as that would build up my character like in a video game and this would be purpose that maybe I would be able to teach and showcase to someone who means a lot in my life. ( a drive that naturally happened and I guess because I am heavily blackpilled that could've influenced to why I was talking about it being a "character in a video game" and wanting to learn all this knowledge at once to up the stats. As looksmaxxing is like customizing your character and upping ur stats that way)

I relapsed not too long ago because due to lust levels at the time being pretty high and me being on insta reels there was a time when it showed some nsfw shit on reels whenever insta released an update that showed it to everyone.

Lust would come and go in waves when you are on it, but this time I feel like I learned to be in control more.

Exactly. It's an addiction. Anything that creates too much dopamine will also generate side effects. No different to fapping too much, doing drugs etc.
