I have a lot of loose skin on my jaw and neck and it makes my face very undefined. What are some procedures that will fix this?

With my natural postural my skin sags and makes my jawline really undefined

It's unfortunate because my jawline actually has a lot more definition than that. Too bad nobody can see my actual jawline.

Here I'm jutting, showing a lot more visible jawline definition. You can even see a cleft in my chin.

It just makes me feel insecure. Like all girls see is this bloated mess instead of my actual face. What are some procedures that will tighten my skin and make my jawline look the way it does in the second photo, but all the time?

You need to do submental exercises.

Also I'm assuming you're already mewing, which also improves the submental region.

There's also a surgery, but I don't think you need it.

Not much difference to me and it doesn't look loose I think. You need to hit the weights.

I want to be a chadlite. Do you think it's possible with my facial structure? Normally I wear contacts but I'll be recovering from eye surgery for the next few weeks and can't wear them.

Imo not a Chadlite but a HTN just short of that if you do the things mentioned above.

Is there a standard set of exercises for these or is doing whatever comes up on google for submental exercises for double chin good

Definitely dude. Your jaw literally mogs mine and I pull okay looking girls. Just maybe NTmaxx too (idk how bad your social skills are, I needa work on mine a bit).

Okay fair enough.

How do I look in this pic btw? I cropped it to only show my "good side", with visible cheekbones and better angularity. I had botox masseter injections but the other side hasn't reduced enough yet and lacks definition. It will match the other side eventually though, The botox will continue working both sides for another 6-10 weeks. We'll see what happens going forward.

Found a very promising non-surgical procedure called kybella, which targets fat in your submental region. These are some crazy results.

You can see how much sharper his jawline is . It's relatively inexpensive as well. A specialist in my city does it starting at $500. The results are basically permenant since it destroys fat cells. I'm honestly going to call tommorow for a consultation.

Looks legit to me. I would do more research on it beforehand though, just to see whether too much fat removal could look uncanny. Other that that, I think you’re set.

Are you wearing contacts here? Anyway where do you get yours from?
Thanks man, am looking for a good source for reliable, realistic-looking colored contacts atm

on myself I seem to notice it's actually THICK SKIN in submental area that seems to cause a less sharp mandible area, not so much excess fat,

when skin is thinner I can see the difference in jaw sharpness at the submental area
