Individual differences

Furosemide works as a kidney loop diuretic and forces fluid out of the body by urine excretion (water is leaving the body and makes you look more leaner)

How would drinking more water debloat you?

Kidney sense you are already hydrated so it doesn't feel the need to retain extra water.

Also water dilute sodium level

The more water you drink, the less water retention hormones in your body, less vasopressin

@pneumocystosis @Jungcuck @andy9432

pourquoi es-tu en colère??

Get on ketosis if you want perma debloat. Debloating does make your skin worse tbh, there's always a trade off.

@pneumocystosis theory was for fixing short term debloating when you only have 3 days for events, he even said drinking more water is better over the long term.
