Try hanging from a bar (dead hang) and foamrolling your back. And standing straight with a wall against your back and then put the back of your head against the wall too with your chin slightly down until you can do it comfortably. It's probably a result of too much screen time.

Abdominal muscle and glutes help with anterior pelvic tilt.

i need to fix posture as well my brain is not getting enough blood supply
