I genuinely thought about suicide earlier today, then took 150mg pregab and everything was fine and socialised with uni people.

And the day before I felt shit too.

I’ve took it 3 times now this week. Only on those days have I felt happy.

Just a warning be careful, it works for sure for socialmaxxing. But it might fuck u up when ur sober

Quit before you become completely dependant. Socialise with your family, friends try surround your self with the ones you care about. It’s not even about talking with them or something, literally just being surrounded by them will help you out. Remember it’s all in your head, and you have control over yourself.

But the drug itself works too good. In my mind I’m thinking it’s worth to have these side effects cus it legit got me a slay recently.

First time 150mg, second time 300mg (just testing, was defo too much in terms of ofc 300mg works better but I don’t need that much).

3rd time now 150mg. Feels great gonna go club tonight.

I’ve had withdrawals from codeine and it might sound weird but LSD. To be honest I just lived through it, never had such strong withdrawal to the point where I considered suicide. With LSD for the next week I just felt like everything that made me laugh didn’t anymore.

yeah if you ever feel like getting off it just taper down the dose slowly and then eventually get off it. I personally never had any withdrawl symptoms from it however. Did you notice any effects on your sex drive tho ?

Be careful with pregabalin in general, besides withdrawal, it can also make you a bit drunk-like, too low inhib at times, my friend was doing weird too inhib stuff that was regretful afterwards

Been on it for months reguler misuse with mixed capsules powder mixed with energy drinks for the high mind me it was beautiful but made me ugly now im trying to leave insomnia is a very harsh side effect now i have to take 1mg of xan to fall asleep

I've also noticed a mood crash when I'm off pregab. I take 300mg 3x a week when I hangout with my girl because it makes me last longer and more social. Although pregab works really well to be more social and in a good relaxed mood, what I noticed is that when you take it more than 3 times in a week, when you are off it, you are more sensitive to anxiety and sadness. Most likely because taking pregab 300mg x3 a week shifts the brain's excitatory-inhibitory balance and when you have anxiety or something causes you to be sad, it worsens it.

How to prevent post pregab crash:
-Regular dosing at a lower dose, like before your event and after, to support the crash and not suddenly go off of it, to prevent big neurotransmitter swings, because irregular dosing = neurotransmitter rollercoaster
-Restore neurotransmitter balance, Support GABA and seratonin naturally by exercise, sleep and protein intake

-Let calcium channels downregulate slowly so glutamate doesn’t spike, so taper your dose, start lowering slowly after your event


Pregab is a tool, not something to be on consistently. A tool to use for events ect. Just make sure to taper your dose, lower slowly. for example if you have a party friday, make sure to take pregab saturday and sunday but at a lower dose to make sure you don't crash.
