I have the worst case scenario of varicocele

Not only it's third degree, it's on both balls which is rare. meaning i will not be able to produce for sure if i don't treat it.
have to get a sperm test tomorrow. i've to legally fap tomorrow and give my sperms to the lady in biohazard suit.

I have varicocele too, I need surgery but Im worried that after the surgery my levels of testosterone drops
