Then you have a deviated septum (An inmer blockage of airway in your nostrils) and you need to correct it surgically to be able to breathe correctly. Health insurance will cover the surgery. I got the surgery (Septoplasty) and had very good results.

Also: If your nose isn’t ideal lookswise you can get a Rhinoplasty at the same time for a very cheap price since most of the cost of the surgery will be paid by the health insurance.
