yea thats a sign youre basically done. its normal to grow in spurts but more than a year without any growth means youre most likely done. i went 6 months without growing from 15.5-16 (legit 0mm) which cortisol spiked me hard but i then grew 2cm in the next year and added another cm afterwards

all my family members are taller then me, im the shortest there is, its my fault, during 5-7th grade i was up playing fornite till 2 am every night and gotr 4-5 hours each day, thats why im a recessed boneless short looser

not sleeping hinders growth a lot right, since then i barely fixed my sleep, my averege sleep was prob between 6-almost never 7 hours, 7 hours of sleep is almost 60% less effectiv then 8 hours, i missed out on so much growth, and now in the years before i barely grew, like 1cm per year max, and now it stopped
