it's impossible for me to go to sleep, I just have this crazy crackhead ADHD energy after 9pm and extreme motivation, after waking up tho at 3pm I feel like shit tbh

Same bhai sleeping That long And waking up at a weird hour I feel like shit JFL. Just take like 4 melatonin pills an hour before your desired sleep time tbh.

My mom said it worked for her JFL. She fucked up her schedule downed 4 pills and said she fell asleep immediately after.

I’m still awake and it’s 6am here in the UK, it never began for me when I exhausted my melatonin stack

Yh just don’t be a retard like me and become dependent on them. Just make sure you ONLY use them on days where u overslept or had a nap so need to reset ur sleep schedule.
