Was pretty tasty ngl. I eat ribeye almost every day and lose 1kg a week. I eat until I full. Imagine dieting on lean tasteless chicken and stuffing yourself with low nutrient leaves and still feeling hungry :lul: (been there done that)

No negative changes in strength (some lifts have gone up), plenty of energy and rock hard pp, despite losing weight.

Take the carnivore pill.
