I was a gl Chadlite kid who got attention from everyone until around age 13 when everyone else hit puberty and I became recessed.

Now that I am better looking again people see me as quirky rather than a nuisance.

I personally feel that humans “sensitivity level” is on a spectrum. How that “sensitivity” manifests is based upon the person. Diagnosis for “high sensitivity” is often ADHD (most common), autism, aspergers, Tourette’s and probably some other related ones I can’t think of.

I think that an individual with short attention span is diagnosed “ADHD” if they don’t make the decision to maleate how their own mind works. You can absolutely ditch the “ADHD” mindset, the first step is not identifying as having ADHD to explain why your brain doesn’t work how you want. It doesn’t work how you want because you haven’t made the steps to change it, not because you have a debilitating disorder.

I am not saying autism does not exist. But IMO aspergers diagnosis is just to separate low value men from society, and give a reason for it.

TL;DR for that post is essentially Aspergers diagnosis in young men is systemic ostracizing of low-value men with undesirable traits. And nothing wrong with the actual wiring of their brain.

The fact that the concept of autism proposes a spectrum that covers everything from a weird band kid to a 25 year old man frothing out the mouth, leaves no real place for aspergers to be a truly necessary diagnosis.

It’s basically “autism light” for those who don’t really fall into the spectrum at all, but society would still like to isolate.

And none of this shit is real anyway. It’s just labels to describe patterns we notice.

He was not diagnosed. His parents told me he has autism too. He was diagnosed with “high-functioning autism.” Weird shit.

Funnily enough the kid shit-talked other autistic people he saw as less than him lmao. I don’t think he was autistic, he had downs, and was diagnosed autistic because his real disorder slipped under the radar but he was still an ugly mug.

also expanding on this, I don’t think at all individual psychiatrists are out to get anyone. They’re simply doing their job as told.

I just think Aspergers is a made up condition to explain people that don’t fall into the autism spectrum, but are still seen as socially debilitated for one reason or another (could be ugly, anti-social, just fkn weird)
